The customer engagement campaign run by a mortgage broker saw an “exceptional response” from thousands of customers.
“We feel privileged to have been given a glimpse into thousands of [our customers’] homes and to learn just what they love about them,” said David Smith, chief customer officer at Aussie.
He noted that some customers even went out of their way to thank their Aussie broker for helping them achieve their property goals.
“Brokers play such a meaningful and important role when it comes to helping people into their homes, and getting this inside look literally into our customers’ homes was an important reminder of this,” said Smith.
The campaign had three winners – two handpicked by Aussie and one people’s choice award determined by customer voting.
Each recipient was not only given a $10,000 freedom voucher, but also a consultation with an interior stylist to help them further shape their home to their liking.
Three cash prizes of $1,000 were also awarded to customers who participated in the voting for the people’s choice winner.
The campaign ran for four weeks and its webpage received almost 50,000 views and over 34,000 unique visitors during the length of the promotion.
