La Trobe Financial has taken out two international lending awards for the second consecutive year.
At the International Finance Magazine’s awards held in London recently, La Trobe won Best Investment Management Company Australia and Best Mortgage Fund Australasia.
Chris Andrews, La Trobe’s chief investment officer, said they were selected for their innovation, performance and strong operational management.

La Trobe recently announced its award-winning mortgage fund reached the $1 billion threshold, delivering wealth creation for our 23,330 registered investors.
“The results we are achieving today demonstrate delivery of a clear, coherent strategy, executed with considerable discipline, combined with our philosophy of focusing on our clients’ interests first,” La Trobe president & CEO, Greg O’Neill said.
“We are pleased to have created $46.5 million in wealth for our investors in the last financial year. The credit fund crossing the $1 billion threshold is a real tangible contribution to the development of the Australian economy and household balance sheets.”
