Resolve Finance has announced the appointment of Peter Easton (pictured above) as its new state manager for Queensland.
Easton brings a robust background with more than 14 years in the finance, broking, and franchising sectors, including leadership roles at Bank of Queensland and Aussie Home Loans.
With a history of supporting franchisees and managing a franchise himself, Easton is well-equipped to drive Resolve Finance’s growth initiatives in the region.
His prior experience as a business owner and leader in franchising will be pivotal as he oversees the expansion of operations and supports the development of strategic partnerships in the construction and residential finance sectors, the company said.
One of Easton’s key responsibilities will be to foster the expansion of Resolve Finance’s Future Franchisee Partner Program throughout Queensland.
This unique program, the first of its kind in Australia’s mortgage broking industry, recruits aspiring franchise owners as trainee brokers. Under this initiative, trainees work under the Resolve Finance banner and receive comprehensive training and mentorship, much like an apprenticeship.
“We are thrilled to welcome Peter to the team,” said Sandy Paravizzini, general manager at Resolve Finance. “His leadership and expertise will be instrumental as we continue to expand in Queensland, empowering our franchisees and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. He will also play a critical role in building new partnerships in the sunshine state.”
Easton’s appointment is a key part of Resolve Finance’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Queensland. By bringing in seasoned leaders like Easton, the company aims to enhance its service offerings, expand its franchise operations, and solidify its position in the competitive finance industry.
