A major real estate network is urging developers planning Sydney residential projects to help first home buyers get onto the property ladder.

Sydney CBD-based Ray White Diesel Estate Agents, an upmarket corporate real estate agency, have more than 2,000 apartments coming on line from a wide range of residential projects throughout Sydney during this financial year.

Ray White Diesel Estate Agents’ director of residential projects, Dre Diesel says he is driving the developers of these projects to help offer incentives to first home buyers, who are struggling to get onto the property ladder in a highly competitive market.

“Ray White Diesel Estate Agents is not only convincing developers to provide first home buyers with ‘first right to purchase’ but also a number of other incentives, such as, paying their stamp duty and free optional upgrades.

“While it’s difficult for first home buyers in Sydney – Ray White Diesel Estate Agents are working to get them into the property market.

“We are encouraging our developers and have received commitments from them to provide free optional upgrades to first home buyers with their new projects this financial year.”

According to Diesel, optional upgrades could include timber flooring in the living rooms or bedrooms instead of carpets, or roller blinds fitted in the bedrooms and living areas.

To attract residential project developers to partner with Ray White Diesel Estate Agents, Diesel says he promises to beat any quoted residential projects agency fee by 10%.
