Pepper Group has named Therese McGrath chief operations and financial officer.
McGrath is responsible for providing leadership, financial management, and vision to ensure that Pepper’s Australian business delivers on its strategic goals and objectives, said the company yesterday.
McGrath previously worked at Smartgroup Corporation, ANZ Banking Group, SAP, Diageo, Microsoft and Thomson Reuters in strategic development and chief operating officer and CFO roles, both in Australia and overseas.
Pepper Group Australian CEO, Mario Rehayem, said McGrath’s deep strategic and operational experience will be a major asset to Pepper’s executive team and business as a whole.
“Therese’s appointment comes at a crucial time as Pepper prepares itself for another record year and the introduction of new asset classes,” he said.
