Global credit intelligence company Pepper Advantage has appointed Clive Kirkpatrick (pictured) as head of operational fulfilment, becoming the latest addition to its global executive team, effective January 1, 2024.
In his new role, Kirkpatrick will lead the Pepper Advantage Hubs, taking over from Aaron Milburn, managing director of Pepper Advantage Indonesia, currently based in Jakarta. The development of the Pepper Advantage Hubs is part of the company’s plan to enable offshoring options for clients and businesses to help them grow their teams and operations remotely and efficiently. As head of operational fulfilment, Kirkpatrick will be responsible for leading the development and growth of Pepper Advantage’s global offshoring centres in Fiji and Indonesia.
Kirkpatrick brings to the role over 30 years of expertise in banking and financial services, both in Australia and internationally. He previously served in management positions at St George Bank and the Yellow Brick Road Group. He is currently the director of Bula Outsourcing Pty Ltd and deputy chair of the Finance Brokers Association of Australasia. Kirkpatrick was also previously appointed non-executive director of the Pepper Advantage Hubs, both Fiji and Indonesia, in November 2022, meaning he is already familiar with the operations of the company, according to a news release.
Fraser Gemmell, Group CEO, Pepper Advantage, said the global business process outsourcing (BPO) market has been estimated to grow by up to 5% annually in the next five years, and volumes are projected to reach US$440 billion by 2028.
“Clive’s skills and experience will be instrumental in driving further growth. His dedication to providing the highest level of data-driven customer service matches our own. I look forward to working with him as we continue to expand the Pepper Advantage Hubs to financial and non-financial clients around the world,” said Gemmell.
“Pepper Advantage’s commitment to developing the most advanced data and technology to support clients and enhance customer service sets the company apart,” said Kirkpatrick. “I’m thrilled to be joining at this exciting juncture and look forward to growing the Hubs together with the talented teams in both Fiji and Indonesia.”
