A non-major has appointed a new chief finance officer scheduled to assume the position in mid-August.

ME Bank will welcome Adam Crane into the role, as the current CFO Gary Dickson concludes his six years at the bank.

ME CEO Jamie McPhee said, “I am excited to have Adam join at this point of ME’s journey as he brings great skills to the executive table, especially in the areas of leadership and industry expertise.”

Crane has spent more than 25 years in the banking and financial services industries. He held e-commerce, strategy, credit, and analyst roles during his seven years at ANZ, and held similar positions at Suncorp, including acting CFO of the wealth management business.

Most recently, from 2016 Crane served as CFO at Indue. While there, he was second in command to the CEO and was responsible for the end to end finance and treasury functions and operations.

Crane has a bachelor of commerce, accounting and finance from James Cook University, an MBA from Queensland University of Technology and is a CPA.
