Suncorp Bank has announced two new special offers available on its Home Package Plus product.
Effective Tuesday 26 May, the standard variable and three year fixed Home Package Plus products will be offering an interest rate of 4.15% (comparison rate 4.16%) on new principal and interest loans of at least $150,000, with a maximum LVR of 80%. The special offers will be available for a limited time.
Suncorp Bank head of intermediaries, Steven Degetto says the offer gives customers the flexibility to select a competitive rate that suits their individual circumstances.

Degetto says the non-major will also continue to offer a waiver of the annual Home Package Plus fee for the life of the loan, saving new customers with lending of $150,000 or more, up to $11,250.
