A non-bank mortgage provider has appointed four new BDMs and created a new relationship management team in order to more efficiently meet the varied needs of its broker partners.
Resimac GM of third party distribution, Daniel Carde, explained, "We've recently sharpened our pricing, and now we've enhanced our service proposition by bolstering our sales team.
“We have more BDMs to help grow and broaden our broker relationships, while our newly formed relationship management team will assist in servicing those brokers who don’t necessarily require a BDM to call on them.
“We're confident that all broker partners now have faster access to a Resimac contact,” he added.
Two of the newly appointed BDMs will be located in Melbourne, one in Sydney, and the fourth in Adelaide.
Melbourne-based Bill Amarantos was once a mortgage broker himself and holds more than 14 years of experience in the finance industry in both sales and management roles. His expertise includes business development, lead generation and customer service.
Adam Harling, also to be based in Melbourne, has been in banking and finance since 2005 with experience in mortgage, commercial and consumer lending, and he prides himself on his solutions-focused approach.
Sydney-based Liz Mollica excels at building relationships with brokers, having owned and managed a financial planning and mortgage broking practice for 14 years before moving to one of Australia's largest aggregators.
Nathan Gillard, located in Adelaide, came to Resimac from Bank SA where he was a lending manager for three years following a stint as branch team leader at Credit Union SA.
