Pepper Money has made a major move to begin 2022, appointing respected industry figure Siobhan Williams as their new head of mortgages – retail broker.
Williams, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the sector, has been with Pepper Money since 2005. She was most recently acting head of sales in the retail broker division of Pepper.
She will report into Barry Saoud, general manager, mortgages and commercial lending, who was excited to have her on board.
“As the newly appointed Head of Mortgages – Retail Broker, Siobhan will be taking on responsibility to continue to deliver a best in industry and consistent BDM network, improve our broker service proposition, enable record settlement growth, identify new opportunities to gain market share, and strengthen our relationships with our existing and new business partners,” he said.
“Siobhan will lead our team of talented BDMs across the country and focus on driving our mortgage lending business.
She brings a wealth of experience and understanding of alternative lending, trust and industryleading relationships, she is growth focused, strong on business process and an excellent leader.
