Client-centric money coaching service provider The Tiny Foxes has announced the launch of its financial wellness program for brokers to support end-customers’ financial literacy, particularly in minority groups.
“The Tiny Foxes is committed to making financial education accessible to everyday Australians through the provision of practical, easy-to-use tools and strategies that help identify and rectify the small habits that collectively have a substantial impact on eroding financial peace and stability,” said Trish Moore (pictured above left), co-Founder of The Tiny Foxes.
“This holistic approach is straightforward, relatable, easily implemented, and empowering.”
“Partnering with The Tiny Foxes demonstrates a tangible value-add to clients that promotes goodwill and helps foster retention through an aligned value-add, in-person program, delivered by subject matter and qualified financial services experts,” Moore said.
The Financial Health Check program includes monthly modules, delivered by a one-hour live webinar, that sequentially upskill participants in financial literacy and planning.
Brokers can choose to commit to two to 12 live webinars annually, which include a suite of co-branded assets and promotions, as well as post-event templates and calculators.
“People generally know they need to do more with their money, but it is also difficult to prioritise time and find the motivation to get started,” said Renee Hawes (pictured above right), co-founder of The Tiny Foxes.
“Scheduled webinars overcome this block, are typically preferred, and have higher engagement and satisfaction compared to self-paced learning.”
The one-hour live webinars provide practical ways to make an immediate difference and are broadly applicable.
Topics covered include financial goal-setting, debt management, investment, insurance, estate planning, cash flow management, refinance vs. redraw, and the power of generosity.
They include a Q&A session with financial experts to help tailor the experience to the attendees.
Guest experts include Emma Edwards, author of Good with Money and podcaster for The Broke Generation, finance broker Cara Julian of Brava Finance, and expert negotiator Sam Trattles, author of Other Side of the Table.
The Tiny Foxes is committed to financial literacy and is passionate about supporting equality.
Tiny Foxes will donate a “brick” in the broker-initiated Safe Haven Community “Buy a Brick” initiative, whereby each contribution goes in its entirety, towards securing a site, building the complex, and funding operating costs and support services to help move women at risk into more stable, longer-term accommodation.
In addition, The Tiny Foxes collaborates with businesses to offer the Life Skills Academy digital course to the Year-12 cohort at their local high school for free.
The course aims to support parents and caregivers in preparing their young person to handle financial matters, avoid debt, access necessary support, and navigate the administrative responsibilities of adulthood.
“It’s what we all wish we knew before we left school,” Hawes said.
