LocalAgentFinder, a real estate agent comparison platform, has announced it has successfully acquired Dott & Crossitt, a conveyancing and property law firm. According to a Press release, this move is part of the company’s commitment to enhance the property selling process and elevate the standard of service of its real estate agents.
With the acquisition, Dott & Crossitt’s operations in New South Wales and Queensland will merge with LocalAgentFinder’s Victorian conveyancing practice, as the real estate company aims to become one of Australia’s leading conveyancing firms.

Jared Zak, principal solicitor and founder of Dott & Crossitt, assumes the role of managing director of conveyancing within LocalAgentFinder following the completion of the transaction.
