In a move aimed at supporting brokers deliver more value, a wholesale lender is offering a $0 annual fee.
From today (2 July) until 28 September 2018, Advantedge will waive its $120 annual fee for the life of the loan for all new applications. With this offer, customers could save $1,200 over ten years.
The offer applies if the loan application is submitted on or after 9am (AEST) Monday 2 July 2018 and before 6pm (AEST) Friday 28 September 2018. The loan must be settled by 6pm (AEST) Monday 31 December 2018.
It is only available for new applications and excludes loan variations, including top-ups.
