In what they’ve termed ‘a show of love’ this Valentine’s Day for their brokers, Future Financial is waiving the total establishment fee of $880 on standard and self-employed home loans between today and Good Friday, March 29.
Future Financial’s establishment fee covers the application fee, valuation fee, contract fee or title insurance and solicitors’ professional fees.
The group’s general manager, Troy McLachlan, says SMSF borrowers and specialist home loans have not been left out, with the application fees of $699 and $550 respectively also being waved.
“Our industry high commission, no claw-back across our product range and very competitive interest rates provide plenty of opportunity for brokers to place loans outside of the big four.”
