Mortgage aggregator Finsure has bolstered its leadership team with several key appointments.
The company has announced that it has restructured its sales team to accommodate Phillip Donaldson and Noushig Megerditchian, who will serve as joint state managers for New South Wales.
Meanwhile, Paul Gollan, Chris Pastsouras, and Damien Thompson were appointed new state managers for Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia and Western Australia, respectively.
“Finsure is delighted to expand our leadership team with Phillip, Noushig, Paul, Chris, and Damien stepping up from their senior business manager roles to now be appointed as state managers,” said Simon Bednar, general manager of aggregation at Finsure. “They have all played key roles in the growth of Finsure over recent years and we look forward to their continued contributions to the group’s further expansion.”
The new appointments will be supported by key additions to their business development management teams – namely Russell Adams in NSW, Toni Warren in Queensland, and Daisy Yu in Victoria. Lauren Cosier is also set to join the learning and development team in NSW.
The appointments follow Finsure’s recent milestone of achieving $2bn in monthly settlements last December.
