A marketing firm specialising in the financial services industry has launched a new product specifically designed for brokers, crafted to help them more easily build and strengthen client relationships amidst the turbulence of the current environment.
The offering from Advant Plus looks to streamline many of brokers’ processes to enable them to focus on their most pressing purpose – looking after their clients.
“Brokers need to be agile in their communications at the present time, as there is a lot going on their clients would appreciate being kept abreast of,” said Clare Murphy, director of Advant Group.
“Advant Plus makes it simple and fast to access white labelled, professionally prepared content and [distribute] it to their clients via email or social medias at the click of a button.”
The platform can aggregate a wide range of content, including newsletter articles, topical updates, videos, infographics and social posts.
If desired, brokers can customise and personalise their communications with their own branding; otherwise, for those who are too time poor, there are pre-created monthly documents which make it easy to stay in touch with minimal effort.
The group attributed its move into the broker space to the success found by the similar platform it launched to help financial advisers and accountants engage with and educate their clients.
According to Murphy, “It’s important to look to the future.”
“As the lockdown measures in Australia are slowly being lifted, it is a good time for brokers to put in place processes that will set them up for future growth,” she said.
“The way that brokers engage and communicate with their clients now, will play a big role in determining how their businesses will weather the crisis.”
Advant is currently offering free trials for businesses interested in testing how the new platform may be able to assist their team and their clients through the weeks and months ahead.
