Finsure Group has partnered with mortgage broker coach Ruan Burger’s Success and Broker program, to provide training to its network of more than 3,300 brokers.
Burger, who transitioned from mortgage brokering to coaching, expressed his goals for the partnership.
“After so many years in the industry, I am keen to share what I have learnt and help others feel the same level of satisfaction I felt as my business grew,” he said.
Burger plans to use his coaching program to offer foundational lessons and strategies to improve broker success.

“Where the Success and Broker program really stands apart from other courses is that traditional industry training only focuses on the mortgage process, while Success and Broker covers how to successfully run a business and to set and deliver goals to become more successful,” Bednar said.
He also mentioned that Finsure brokers could attend the first session of the program at no cost.
The partnership aims to incorporate Burger’s program into Finsure’s training offerings to provide a more detailed business education for brokers. This move is intended to equip Finsure brokers with broader skills in business management alongside traditional mortgage training.
