The roadmap, unveiled following a record-breaking year of $104.8 billion in loan settlements by Connective brokers, detailed several major enhancements:
These updates are crafted based on direct feedback from brokers, ensuring that the new features are practical and meet the real needs of users in their daily tasks.
With these enhancements, brokers are expected to experience reduced administrative burdens and improved workflow efficiency. This allows for more focus on business development and client relationship management.
“Mercury Nexus is built to evolve alongside brokers, integrating AI, open banking, and enhanced client engagement tools to help them work smarter, not harder,” said Chin Hui Yeo (pictured), chief technology officer at Connective. “Our roadmap ensures brokers have cutting-edge technology at their fingertips to deliver an outstanding client experience.”
Connective, which reported record broker engagement in 2024, has been showcasing these new features at its Professional Development Days, providing brokers with an opportunity to see the capabilities of the updated platform in action.
