A mortgage brokerage firm has won a top franchising award for the sixth year in a row.
Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers has been ranked number one by Topfranchise.com.au in the site’s latest survey of franchisees.
Smartline has held the number one position in the survey since 2009.
The Topfranchise.com.au top 10 franchise ranking surveys franchisees on areas such as the support offered by their franchisor, whether they’re satisfied with the lifestyle their franchise affords them, opportunities to expand, passion for their product or service, marketing support and brand value. Of seven sub-categories ranked by the survey, Smartline was awarded the number one ranking in six.
“It’s certainly no small feat to win this award – which is very important to us as a group – against some of the very strong franchise systems that are currently operating,” Smartline executive director Joe Siriani said.
Siriani said the win comes on the back of strong growth for the 2013/14 financial year. The franchisor saw its network grow by 10%, and its average settlements per franchisee also increase by 10%.
“Having new blood in the business in the form of new franchisees brings with it fresh ideas and experiences which only make us stronger as a business,” Sirianni said.
