Australia's Broker of the Year has been revealed at the 12th annual Australian Mortgage Awards.
Colin Lamb has been named Australian Broker of the Year at an awards ceremony at Sydney's Star Casino. Lamb, of Perth's Mortgage Solutions Australia, also took home Broker of the Year - Independent. He told Australian Broker his business was unique in providing clients with a "full service proposition".
"My business structure is about having a real estate network, and we also have a conveyancer as part of our business. I also have two of the best PAs in Australia, so that provides customer service that sets us apart from any other broker in Perth, if not in Australia," Lamb said.
Lamb argued that being able to provide this full suite of services had driven his business' success.
"Clients love it, it drives results and that's pretty much been proven tonight."
