Bizcap has been named one of Australia’s 100 top small workplaces for 2024 by Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture, following a thorough analysis of employee feedback and workplace practices.
The Melbourne-based company’s workplace culture includes several initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. These include regular social events, weekly communal lunches, and a strong focus on gender equality, evidenced by the absence of a gender pay gap within the company. In addition, Bizcap offers extensive learning and development opportunities, leadership mentorship programs, and international secondments.

Earlier this year, Bizcap also achieved Great Place to Work Certification, with 99% of its employees affirming that the company is a great place to work—a notable contrast to the 56% average among Australian companies.
Great Place to Work evaluates companies using a methodology akin to that employed in curating the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in the United States. The Best Workplaces in Australia List 2024 focuses on organizations that prioritize trust, equity, and employee well-being.

This latest recognition adds to Bizcap's growing list of accolades, which includes a WeMoney Award for Outstanding Customer Service in Business Loans and a finalist position in the Finnies awards for Excellence in Business Lending and Best Workplace Diversity.
