With the 2019 AFL season starting up, it’s time for the annual footy tipping competition at Better Mortgage Management (BMM).
The competition, open to the mortgage manager’s broking network, has been running for three years, with participation climbing each time around.
This year, BMM is not only rewarding skill but will also provide a reward for the lucky 20th placer in honour of BMM opening its doors 20 years ago.
Each week, the broker who is leading the competition is named in the rate update that the mortgage manager distributes.
Registration is free, and there are $750 of prizes available including:
20th Place | BMM Open Door Prize - Prize: $100
3rd Place | Bronze Better Prize - Prize: $100
2nd Place | The Runner Up Prize - Prize: $200
1st Place | Tipster of the Year Prize - Prize: $300
The competition starts Thursday, 21 March. To register, visit the official AFL website https://tipping.afl.com.au/
Then, select the grey tab 'JOIN A COMP' and enter with the competition code 7WATLRWR.
While the competition for the NRL went live last week, it’s not too late to join. A spokesperson for the event revealed that each victor for the last few years was a participant with a slow start, who then rose through the ranks to claim the grand prize.
