Connective has appointed Karlene Tsoleridis (pictured above) as state manager for South Australia, aiming to bolster local support for brokers across the region.
Tsoleridis, bringing more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development, takes over from Justine Hockley, who retired after a 13-year tenure.
Her appointment underscores Connective’s commitment to providing stability and continued strong relationships with South Australian brokers.
Starting in her role in early November, Tsoleridis will oversee state-focused business development efforts and collaborate closely with partnership ,manager Rebecca Tanner to enhance service delivery to Connective brokers.
Her leadership will also play a key role in expanding Connective’s reach, with a focus on Connective Home Loans and Connective Asset Finance as part of the company's growth strategy.
Brad Clucas, Connective’s head of broker channel, praised Tsoleridis’ expertise.

Tsoleridis, who has held leadership roles at Smith Finance Brokers and Westphalian Finance & Insurance Brokers, is known for her collaborative style and a strong track record of achieving growth targets.
