Brendan O’Donnell, managing director of Liberty Network Services, has shared his greatest achievement and key motivator as the leader of the fast-growing network.

O’Donnell joined Liberty Group in 2011, bringing with him a breadth and depth of leadership experience gained across banking, consulting, and marketing, including from working in senior executive roles at Choice and Absa.
O’Donnell embraced the challenge as well as the opportunity “to establish and grow a new business from the ground up. And since its inception, the LNS leader said the network’s focus was on fostering a great culture – and that remains a high priority.
“The LNS team and adviser network have been rewarded for these efforts and I’m immensely proud of what we have accomplished and the supportive, helpful community we’ve created,” O’Donnell said. “In my view, there is no greater achievement.”
What is driving O’Donnell is helping advisers grow and achieve beyond their expectations.
