Yellow Brick Road has announced the appointment of Frank Ganis (pictured above) to its board.
Ganis is a familiar face within the Yellow Brick Road community, having served as the former CEO of the YBR Group.
With an extensive career spanning more than 40 years in banking and finance, Ganis brings a wealth of experience to his new role. His remarkable journey includes 28 years at Macquarie Group, where he held executive responsibilities for 17 years, eventually retiring from full-time duties in 2017.
Recognised as a pioneer and influential industry leader in Australia, Ganis has contributed significantly to the sector. His diverse roles encompass chair and board positions, management and oversight of global businesses, and membership in regulatory, risk, and compliance committees.
Despite retiring from full-time executive responsibilities, Ganis has remained active in the financial services realm. He currently serves as a chair and non-executive director for various ASX and private companies, along with engaging in numerous advisory and consulting roles.
Ganis is a fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ganis joins an esteemed lineup of the executive team at Yellow Brick Road, which includes Mark Bouris as executive chairman, Stephen McKenzie as group executive and CFO, Kevin Mangano as chief digital and risk officer, and Neil Peters as general manager of sales distribution and strategy.
