The Australian Mortgage Awards (AMAs), which annually recognise excellence in the mortgage broking industry, has announced Ricki Lee, the celebrated Australian pop singer songwriter and Australian Idol success story, as its feature act.
A household name in Australia, Ricki Lee will show off her impressive vocal talent at The Star Event Centre for AMAs’ black-tie gala on Friday, October 18.
Fortunately, for brokers wishing celebrate with Australia's mortgage broking community, there are still tickets available – however, seats are limited and selling fast.
Ricki-Lee is a multi-platinum selling, ARIA-nominated singer songwriter, and the host of TV shows Australian Idol and Australia’s Got Talent and radio show Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel on Nova.
Since she was discovered on Australian Idol in 2004 – Ricki-Lee has become a household name and is one of Australia’s most beloved popstars. She has sold over a million records globally and had almost 100 million streams of her music.
Her latest album ‘On My Own’ hit number one on the ARIA Album Chart featuring the singles ‘On My Own’ and ‘Ghost’.
With a career spanning over 20 years, Ricki-Lee has proven herself to be a formidable force in the Australian entertainment industry.
Ricki Lee’s performance at the AMAs promises to be a highlight of the evening, providing brokers with a chance to unwind and celebrate after a year of dedication to their clients.
Matthew Fernihough, executive officer of AMA Feature Act Sponsor FinSecure, a prominent mortgage management company, expressed the company's delight in supporting the awards and the broking industry.
"We at FinSecure are thrilled to be a part of the AMAs once again," said Fernihough, who has just scrapped clawbacks on full doc products. "The mortgage broking industry plays a vital role in the Australian economy, and the AMAs provide a fantastic platform to celebrate the outstanding work brokers do every day.”
“Brokers are the backbone of the industry, and we can't wait to recognize their achievements and celebrate with them on awards night."
Now in its 23rd year, the AMAs are run by Key Media and supported by Australian Broker and Mortgage Professional Australia.
