Resolve Finance has appointed Chris Cummins and Hugh Miller (pictured above, left to right) to newly created roles as strategic partnerships managers, underscoring its focus on strengthening relationships with builders, developers, and key alliances nationwide.

Both appointments highlight Resolve Finance’s strategy to streamline the construction and residential finance process for partners and customers, ensuring faster and more efficient outcomes.

Driving growth in construction and residential finance

In their new positions, Cummins and Miller will work closely with builders and land developers, connecting them with mortgage brokers who specialise in construction finance.

This initiative aims to simplify financing for builders’ customers and expand Resolve Finance’s reach across key markets.

Cummins, appointed as strategic partnerships manager, will focus on expanding relationships along the East Coast, particularly in New South Wales and Queensland.

“In my new role, I will be looking to set up relationships with leading builders in New South Wales and Queensland, plus state-based and national land developers,” he said.

“Our goal is to offer exceptional, seamless finance experiences for our partners and their customers. I look forward to expanding our presence along the East Coast, delivering flexible and responsive financing options to meet the needs of this dynamic market.”

Miller, who will manage partnerships in the western regions, brings extensive expertise from his tenure in sales and partnership roles within Resolve Finance.

A track record of experience

Both Cummins and Miller bring decades of experience to their roles.

Cummins joined Resolve Finance in 2018 after a successful career spanning more than 28 years with ANZ and time at Westpac, where he held senior management positions.

Miller, who also joined Resolve in 2018, has served in various leadership roles in sales and partnerships across Western Australia.

Resolve Finance’s latest appointments reaffirm its commitment to fostering long-term partnerships and driving growth in the construction finance sector nationwide.

A legacy of excellence in construction finance

Resolve Finance, established in 1997 as part of the ABN Group, was created to meet growing demand for construction finance expertise. Since then, the company has built a reputation for process excellence and strong customer service, positioning itself as a leader in construction and residential finance solutions.

Resolve Finance has seen significant growth in the 2024 financial year. Last month, it announced expansion plans, adding bilingual brokers to better serve Australia’s increasingly diverse population.
