RE/MAX Australia’s finance arm Pivotal Financial has named Shannon Arnold as its new general manager, signaling a strategic shift toward accelerated growth and leadership expansion.
With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Arnold (pictured above centre) is set to lead Pivotal Financial’s growth initiatives. The general manager role was previously held by Matthew Andrews (pictured above left), who will remain in his position as managing director of Pivotal Financial.
"This is a big step and investment into our business’ future, and finding the right person was key. We were looking for proven leadership skills and a complementary skillset to foster engagement and culture throughout the network. I am delighted we have found this capability in Shannon,” Andrews said.
Andrews also expressed confidence in Arnold’s ability to drive the company forward: “We will definitely see further growth and performance opportunities for both the business and individuals under his guidance.”
Based in Milton, Queensland, Pivotal Financial is currently operating with a team of 16 brokers who service customers across Australia. Arnold’s appointment comes as the company aims to build on its established foundation and drive future business development.
“This is a cornerstone moment for Pivotal Financial, and I am genuinely excited to collaborate with Matt on the vision for the future and the growth that is to come,” Arnold said.
“I see the RE/MAX Australia network as a symbiotic relationship and value the opportunity to further connect with and support those within the network, working cohesively and strengthening the opportunity for growth and ongoing success.”
RE/MAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren (pictured above right) also welcomed Arnold's appointment as general manager for Pivotal Financial.
“This is a wonderful step forward for Pivotal Financial in terms of growth and opportunity, and RE/MAX are pleased to welcome Shannon to the network,” Davoren said.
“Pivotal Financial plays an important role in the overall success of many within our network; and the appointment of Shannon will further cement the partnerships made between finance specialists and real estate professionals.”
