Specialty finance group Liberty has announced it’s waiving the application fee on all full-doc and low-doc home loan applications received before December 31, 2013.
According to John Mohnacheff, sales manager at Liberty, the waive means Custom clients save up to $1,995 and Prime clients save up to $995. Liberty has also reduced risk fees across a number of its LVR bands for Custom borrowers.
“We’ve seen a surge in electronic submissions over recent months and that means we are well positioned to help our business partners settle their applications before Christmas,” says Mohnacheff.
“Liberty was an early innovator in electronic submissions with LoanNET, our loan assessment and submission system. Our recent integration with ApplyOnline means we’re seeing more straight through processing of applications than ever before.”
