Two senior sales appointments have been made at specialist commercial lender
Thinktank, as it tries to advance within the commercial property finance market.
Former St George relationship manager Adam Hutcheson has been appointed to the newly created role of senior relationship manager, responsible for overseeing high level aggregation partner relationships in Sydney, Melbourne and south east Queensland along with a number of independent broker group associations.
Paul Burns also joins the company, in another newly created role of relationship manager, concentrating on interstate senior level aggregator support, new commercial broker relationship development and taking over a number of existing key relationships.
Burns had more than five years with Perpetual, developing and managing introducer relationships in their commercial property mortgage fund. Prior to Perpetual, he held management and executive roles with
CBA in business and corporate banking.
Thinktank says it is a leading commercial lender in the segment up to $5m, and made the appointments to continue growth which started last year with the appointment of Peter Vala to head of sales and distribution.
Burns and Hutcheson will take over a number of existing referrer relationships whilst working alongside Vala to provide expanded premium relationship management and support to the major aggregation groups and their brokers.
CEO Jonathon Street said Thinktank is increasingly lifting the bar.
“The banks offer platinum and premium services to the top echelon of commercial brokers. We are in the business of delivering that very same type of service, quality and value equation to all our relationships.”
