Australian Financial, a nationwide provider of mortgage finance products and services, has announced the debut of a new specialised security policy.
Effective October 22, 2013, Australian Financial will introduced a specialised security policy on fully documented loans to including serviced, resort, hotel style and university/student apartments.
“Previously not available on Australian Financial Balanced products, the new specialised security policy will help expand the reach of our already popular home loan packages,” says Alicia Carter, national sales manager at Australian Financial.
“Iʼm confident that brokers will welcome the changes and that the new specialised security policy will further enhance our image of making the complex less complicated.”
