MPA magazine’s annual
Brokers on Aggregators survey is looking for brokers’ views on their aggregators.
Now in its eighth year, the survey asks brokers what they want from their aggregator and how satisfied they are with their present aggregator’s services. The survey closes on Friday 6th March, and results are published in the May issue of MPA.
Subjects include commission payments, lending panel, IT support, BDMs, training and education, white label and more. Questions are largely multiple-choice and the entire survey is intended to be completed in a matter of minutes.
This year MPA, a sister title of
Australian Broker, is also asking which aggregator brokers would switch to if free to move. This is intended to highlight best practice in the aggregation field, whilst recognising that brokers have a variety of reasons for not leaving their present aggregator.
The survey has been adapted in recent years to recognise the different value propositions on the aggregators. The aim is to find how aggregators are performing in the areas of most interest to their members – IT, for example, may not be top priority for all brokers or aggregators.
MPA aims to use the results of the aggregator survey to hold aggregators to account in its various articles and roundtables. Moreover, by simply filling in the survey respondents have the chance to win a Fitbit Flex exercise band. Respondent details are not shared with aggregators.
