An independent lead generation company has announced a new initiative to help brokers in a difficult market.
‘Free Leads Friday’ will provide free leads to mortgage brokers on the last Friday of each month until further notice.
Offered by Wealthify.com.au, it aims to support mortgage brokers as they face tighter credit policies and falling house prices.
CEO Darren Moffatt said, “Loan volumes are down, and deals are much harder to get approved. Brokers need to create more opportunities just to write the same amount of business. The obvious solution is lead generation.
“So to help, we’re giving away some free mortgage leads.”
As of this Friday 28 September, Wealthify will offer bonus free leads with any purchase of Wealthify leads.
Depending on the lead pack they choose, brokers may qualify for up to seven free leads valued at $1,183.
Moffatt added, “In such a challenging market it is understandable brokers are looking for value for money.
“We think a day of free extra leads, every month, could be just the ticket.”
According to Moffatt, with the recent launch of their new ‘phone-verified leads’ feature the timing is perfect for ‘Free Leads Friday’.
He said, “The feedback from brokers since we launched our phone verification has been amazing.
“All our metrics have spiked. Conversion rates are up, retention rates have increased and we’re getting more referrals from subscribers to other brokers than ever before.”
The two-step phone verification process requires that leads enter a four-digit pin code in the landing page before they can become a lead to the broker. This means that phone number data is 100% correct.
