Finsure Group, Australia’s largest mortgage aggregator, has strengthened its international presence by inaugurating a new office in Manila, Philippines.
This move is designed to improve support services for its growing network of brokers.
The office officially started operations Feb. 17 and currently employs more than 60 staff, with plans to hire an additional 25 local employees by the end of the year.
“Finsure has become one of the fastest-growing aggregators in the Asia Pacific region by always looking for ways to provide better value to our expanding broker network,” said Finsure CEO Simon Bednar (pictured above).
The Manila expansion is set to bolster the support system for Finsure’s brokers in both Australia and New Zealand, aiming to further improve the services offered.
According to Fatima Dib (pictured right), Finsure’s head of business innovation, the Manila office will play a crucial role in elevating the company’s service offerings.
The team in Manila will focus on enhancing loan processing, recruitment, and virtual assistant services, which are designed to alleviate time-consuming tasks from brokers, allowing them to concentrate more on client relations.
“I’m particularly excited about the additional space afforded by the Manila office as we have plans to expand our support capabilities to keep up with our fast-growing network,” Dib said.
