The 15th annual Brokers on Banks report, conducted by
Australian Broker’s sister publication
MPA magazine, is once again testing the trust between brokers and banks by asking brokers to rate the lenders that have impressed and disappointed them over the past year.
The survey also offers brokers the unique opportunity to raise their concerns with the banks and influence change – in previous years lenders have taken the results of this report on board to improve their processes. Plus, all respondents will go in the draw to win one of five Google Home Minis.
