Building approvals are set to have fallen in November after a shock rise the previous month.
Data due today from the ABS is tipped to show approvals for the construction of new homes to have fallen by 3% in November, the AAP has reported.
The fall would follow a shock 11.4% rise in October. The October uplift reversed a similar sized fall in September.
The October rise was driven by approvals for apartment blocks and townhouses, the AAP said.
