Brokers have named their non-bank lender of the year in MPA's annual Brokers on Non-banks survey.
Better Mortgage Management has been named Australia's number one non-bank in the MPA survey, taking out the award for the second year in a row. The survey asked brokers to rate non-banks across a number of key metrics, including service, product innovation and interest rates.
BMM managing director Murray Cowan said the lender's personal approach contributed to its success.
“Over time it appears that we’ve earned respect from brokers who appreciate the “old school” approach to risk assessment and service offered by BMM staff," he said.
