A mortgage broker BDM has won the
Westpac Employee of the year award for the first time ever.
June Liu, who works in the Melbourne inner-East metropolitan region accepted the award on Tuesday night.
“I always acknowledge mortgage brokers as key business partners of Westpac," says Liu. "I honour what I say, and keep my promises - it's a matter of making it easier to ask for the business when your customers understand the value you provide through your actions.
“When I ask for the business, I believe that I am actually delivering for customers and brokers - this is how I delight and place the customer at the centre of everything I do.”
