Bell Partners Finance has introduced a new real estate partner program designed to offer real estate agents shared commissions.

The initiative aims to provide agents with enhanced access to lenders and loan options for their clients, alongside an additional revenue stream.

Stevenson stressed the program’s potential to accelerate transactions and improve client experiences.

The program also includes a shared commission structure.

“As a real estate partner, you are entitled to join us in our successes by sharing in the commission we are paid by lenders to originate home loans for your buyers,” Stevenson said, adding that this provides an opportunity for agents to be remunerated even if the property listed is not purchased.
