Boutique financial advisory business Australian Wealth Solutions (AWS) has relocated to larger premises in Glen Huntly Road Carnegie to facilitate additional client services, including its specialist private wealth and finance broker offerings.
“It was the next logical step for our expansion plans and professional service offerings,” said Sam Zervides, principal and founder of AWS. “The new premises provide more space and a very business-friendly environment with improved access for clients and much-needed space for planned growth and future services. Furthermore, the Carnegie premises encompass a modern and flexible work environment for staff, including training facilities and accommodation for new advisers and business consultants joining AWS in line with our strategic objectives.”
AWS’ private wealth and finance broker offerings will be the first to benefit from the new address.
“AWS Finance has integrated fantastically with the existing business and team and we certainly are looking forward to growing the team further in due course,” said Michael Rengarajah, head of AWS Finance. “Furthermore, our lending clients are actively taking advantage of our broad and holistic wealth offering. With access to over 50 lenders nationwide, we are in a position to ensure we can help support the wealth creation/business growth goals of AWS clients. Given our strong network in the premier and private banking client space, we expect a significant increase in demand from HNW clients and business owners for our services as interest rates trend upwards and will be very pleased to support them through AWS Finance.”
In line with AWS’ commitment to putting clients first, the provision of the Private Wealth facility was a natural progression as an increasing number of clients requested a comprehensive bespoke service offering, including protection of family wealth and transfer of a financial legacy to the next generation.
“We're excited about the new premises and the reception received for AWS’ Private Wealth and Finance broker services; and delighted to be able to provide a comprehensive advice offering dedicated to addressing the individual needs and objectives of our clients,” Zervides said.
