Major aggregator
AFG has announced a series of nationwide professional development days open to all brokers, not just
AFG brokers.
AFG holds a “Masterclass series” of events in each state every year, where it invites AFG members along for a day of professional development. However, this year, the aggregator has announced it will open up its Masterclass series to all brokers in the wake of additional regulatory scrutiny this year.
“We believe the challenge ahead is a whole-of-industry responsibility and so we are having an information session followed by a panel Q&A with the
MFAA and
FBAA involved and inviting all those interested to attend,” AFG told
Australian Broker.
“We will be outlining where the review is at, the data being supplied, the next steps and what we now all need to do as a unified group to ensure the longevity and sustainability of the broking sector.”
The series will kick off on Tuesday 31 May in Perth, followed by Brisbane on 7 June, Sydney on 8 June, Melbourne on 9 June and Adelaide on 10 June 2016.
