Finsure has been named as one of Australia’s fastest growing companies.
The aggregator, which was founded in 2011, was ranked second in BRW Magazine’s top 100 Fast Starters list. Finsure soared to second place after being ranked 18th in 2014. According to BRW, Finsure secured its place after recording a 90% increase in revenue in the 2015 financial year, compared to the previous 12 months.
Finsure managing director, John Kolenda, said the latest recognition from BRW “was an exciting achievement for the company” and marks them as the fastest growing financial services company.
“Over the years some of Australia’s best known companies have come to prominence on a BRW Fast List,” he said.
“What makes this result even more satisfying is that we were able to accelerate our growth and significantly improve our ranking on last year. The ability for the company to continually increase its growth rate over several years is a testament to the talented and hardworking team at Finsure as well as our amazing broker partners.
“The timing of this award couldn’t be better as we are currently holding our first international conference in Shanghai. It’s great to be able to celebrate an award like this with so many of our brokers.”
Finsure has also recently hit a recruitment milestone, employing its 800th broker. Kolenda said the aggregator is aiming to recruit 1,000 brokers by the end of 2016.
